Avantages
Friendly teammembers. Senior management at the store piches in and helps when it is busy. They are understanding when bad weather hits.
Inconvénients
Trying to do too much with too few employs. They need to be more willing to give overtime. They get upset if you are over 4o hours by even a few minutes.
