      Avantages

      It is challenging and time passes quickly. Decent benefits

      Inconvénients

      Hard work not compensated/recognized. No one held responsible. Hours get slashed in January many loose benefits due to lack of average hours. Reviews are not fair all the time. Have to have a degree to advance. No promotion from within.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Inconvénients

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
