Avantages

Work life balance, the team members, and other group leaders were a great part of the job. Target has a great developmental leadership plan.

Inconvénients

hard to get promoted, not a lot of personal recognition, the senior leadership is poor, and often times you have to take unnecessary feedback

-Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

Inconvénients

-Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
