      Avantages

      Flexible scheduling, especially while in school. Also the certificates and college reimbursements are a nice plus.

      Inconvénients

      We ran the service desk and drive up at my location and at times it can be alot. Also, doesn't help when some coworkers decide not to help.

      -Repetitive work and physically repetitive work -Hours get cut depending on quarter
