      Great coworkers, supportive team environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to cross-train in different departments. The job helped me improve my customer service, inventory management, and teamwork skills.

      Inconvénients

      Workloads can be heavy when stores are understaffed, and hours may vary throughout the year. Some days can be physically demanding, especially during busy seasons.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
