      Push you to grow, give you problem - solving and decision - making skille.

      Inconvénients

      Culture is dependent on management, which starts from the top. Started w/ a great team and ended with the store in chaos. All due to a change in DSD and SD. Lot's of riff raff at night.

      -Repetitive work and physically repetitive work -Hours get cut depending on quarter
