      Avantages

      Target really cares about their team members. I had wonderful bosses and great coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      When reducing the workforce, they included highly experienced people because they earned higher wages. They will also be using more non-Americans to support team members at headquarters and the stores.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
