      Avantages

      Great holidays and vacation time, wonderful group of people to work with and an owner that truly cares about his employees. The reason I am writing this review is I saw a horrible interview review someone wrote. They were very inaccurate about a lot of things. I worked at TDM for over 13 years and it was a hard job at times, but I am glad I had that experience and met everyone there. The owner John is very caring and a brilliant person. The employees are all dedicated.

      Inconvénients

      you need to be a hard worker and be dedicated.

      Avantages

      Great staff, compassionate and smart owner, flexible schedules, good work/life balance. All good prior to purchase by a competitor.

      Locally owned Company, located in North Shore in Gloucester, MA. - great co-workers - great work atmosphere - everyone shares in the company's success - ( 9:00 A.M ) to ( 3:30 P.M ) Friday Schedule

      Inconvénients

      Because of the office location, it is sometimes difficult to find employees that will commute to the Cape Ann area of the North Shore
