Inconvénients

Everything, The CEO will make you feel warm and fuzzy, but all of it is a bold face lie. He will miss payroll, contributions to benefits, and payment to his vendors. He will constantly blame these on other people when in realty he just doesn't have the capital.

Avantages

Three years ago, TantaComm's face was a small app that did basic functions on a eye soring amber colored UI, banked heavily on developers and had little to no growth with technology at hand. From there it has grown into a calmer green app which not only supports a tonne of complex configurations but also offers a paired down simpler version for small to mid size businesses. It has been fun working here with each project offering a unique challenge that has enhanced my skills. Ideas are respected here, you are allowed to ask questions and obtain answers. Senior management that I work with has always respected transparency of communication - it is a clean place to work at. Whether you are someone who needs shadow based learning or someone who is advanced enough to put it in gear and get going, you will get a fair chance at both. I find it very valuable that we strive to make ourselves and our clients self dependent in every possible manner.

Inconvénients

Like any SMB company, TantaComm has its own challenges. We sometimes over aspire at what we can deliver but have not fallen back on commitments. Though some definitions of expectations differ, the goal is always consistent. There is sometimes friction within teams but to a level that is healthy for the overall advancement of the organization.
