Avantages

Once you leave you realise that you don't need to deal with bullying, anxiety, daily verbal abuse, being poked with a pen, being called every word under the sun, senior staff who don't give you a second of their time from day one, managers/directors who pick on graduates in front of company - anything goes if bringing in money, working 12 hours a day, cold calling all day, stuffing envelopes, constant judgement on call stats, public shaming if haven't made enough.

Inconvénients

Iron fist rule of CEO and fear instilled in employees exemplified by garbage on this page, a pathetic attempt to make working at this company seem like a reasonable decision. The worst thing about it is that the bullies at this company know they can get away with it because they hire grads fresh out of uni who are desperate for any job. It is cowardly, picking on people who might have moved to London for TB, possibly even their first job. There is also an inherent resentment towards anyone with more than 5 GCSEs among senior staff. I urge graduates not to take the offer as it really isn't worth it. As a previous emplyee who lasted 2 years, I want to warn others not to do the same.
