      Long season and lots of games, terrible luck with facilities, low attendance, lacking support from local officials

      Avantages

      Working for an MLB team was cool. Work/Life Balance not horrific.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management was non-existent at times. Job security also non-existent. Every rep that was in my class moved on elsewhere.
