      Avantages

      Talegent is a great place to work. It had a diverse and engaging team who always looked out for one another. Due to its size, it was easier to explore your own talent and carve a niche role for yourself. During my time there, I was able to grow exponentially and the leadership team fully supported this. The culture was great and the social events enabled the team to stay connected. With a young diverse team, there were always opportunities to learn and grow. The CEO had a great vision for the business which kept the employees motivated.

      Inconvénients

      The mindset of working for a start up is different from working in the commercial space, therefore you have be prepared to be agile and open to new ways of working.

      Avantages

      Significant learning opportunities from consulting to product development. Opportunity to work with Product, Engineers, Psychs and Designers in delivering value to clients.

      Inconvénients

      Moving fast. Whilst there are development opportunities to learn, it is much better when I have an opportunity to develop, particularly when working with engineers and product development group. Lots of fun, but lots to absorb. Thank goodness for product management.

      Avantages

      Talegent was a great place to work at while I interned here. I was able to learn new and explore lots of business aspects from the CEO and I felt that he had good trust in me. I had great exposure to senior management and many learning opportunities, while having close-support, which is great when working in a SaaS start-up firm. The company was also very accommodating to my busy schedule which was great.

      Inconvénients

      At times, I felt thrown into the deep end without as much guidance as I would have liked, though this did push me to learn quickly and adapt.
