Avantages
The team is amazing - extremely collaborative and supportive. The work is challenging but a way that is developmental, not debilitating. I have great support from my manager and director and have a clear idea on how to grow my career at Tableau and in the world of Business Intelligence. The investment in my continued education and learning is also unparalleled by what I've had at past companies.
Inconvénients
While there is good structure around the on-boarding process, Product Consulting is a team that requires a lot autonomous work. You need to be someone who is a self starter and wants to go down rabbit holes in regards to your self-edification. For some that join the team, this can be a bit overwhelming.
