Avantages
-The people are smart and working toward a common mission -Executive team is easily accessible, friendly - the CEO and CFO know a majority of the team by first name. Inconvénients
Still working on a startup mentality. Many people take pay cuts and demotions to work for Tableau. But those who have been with the company are still being paid very little comparatively. Unclear/unstructured path for career growth and development
