      Avantages

      Great product, generally great people, and good interactions with customers.

      Inconvénients

      Has turned into a very political environment. Lost its start up feel. Some people don't know what the heck they are doing and or don't know what they are suppose to be doing. The mentality without speaking is working the junk out of reps.
