      Avantages

      i would say silence in the office most of the time. Friendly colleagues. Great for fresh grads to START but move on in 2 years.

      Inconvénients

      No AWS no 13month all based on "Performance" bonus but it wont be even a months worth. OT will not be paid so work life balance is never there. Increment is never stable.

      - Hybrid schedule (can work from home) - Decent Benefits

      Inconvénients

      - Extreme micromanaging from senior engineers, can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation, way below market rate - Lack of engineering resources - Forced goals by supervisors - Poor structure and failing performance among leadership
