      Avantages

      Amazing company to work for. The owners are very down to earth and easy to talk to. My bosses are great! Couldn’t ask for a better team! Even though my property is beginning the renovation process and everyday is a struggle I still love what I do! I feel like this could be my forever company and plenty of room for growth....love that they have a compliance team.

      Inconvénients

      Could be a little more organized and all properties on the same stream line of guidelines, policies, and protocols. But they work through any issue fast and throughly.

      Avantages

      My time here has been positive overall. I have gained a lot of valuable real estate experience and the people are awesome to work with. There have been some recent leadership changes but that happens with all companies. The office is modern and welcoming and the company is doing a better job at communicating changes coming down the line. Change can be scary for people but I value transparency so any communication from the top down is appreciated.

      Inconvénients

      The company recently moved from directly managing the Property Management function. This isn't necessarily a con, but a change.

      Avantages

      Decent pay and bonuses, but dependent on deal closings.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no training. Sink or swim mentality. CEO is absent from any discussions at a project level. A lot of random firings that no one knows are coming or even happened. Chaotic leadership and company strategy is always changing.
