      Payment in eu currency makes it beneficial. Professional work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Turkey office is a bit kept profitable in any aspect other than the europe offices of the company, invested in less than others. Work load medium ocassionally too high. Working on several projects in parallel

      Flexible Time may be single pro.

      Inconvénients

      First the backgrounds are very low. Management does have understanding what is the job. Actually there is no management here. The people have low educational and techinical background. They do not have any process, your job requirements are not clear. The company rules are not clear too, HR does not know the rules. The rules are daily changing. The company going to bankrupt in a couple of years, everyone is waiting their end.
