Avantages

- Cutting-edge technology and advanced equipment. - Competitive salary and benefits.

Inconvénients

TSMC's lack of workforce diversity is also evident in its hiring practices. The company does not prioritize or implement inclusive hiring practices that ensure diversity and representation among its employees. There is a lack of diversity in the recruitment and selection processes, resulting in a homogeneous workforce that lacks different perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. This can hinder innovation, limit creativity, and perpetuate biases within the organization. TSMC needs to prioritize diversity in hiring by implementing strategies to attract and retain talent from diverse backgrounds, conducting bias-free recruitment processes, and fostering a culture that values diversity and inclusion. By embracing diversity in its hiring practices, TSMC can create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
