      Sadly, one of the most disappointing experiences ever. Management is like a secret society. what you see or hear is not what you get eventually. termination before Probezeit is very common in this company and happened with many colleagues. that's why I advise you, to steer clear!

      Avantages

      Great place for learning Very international, lots of great teammates and occasional office gathering to increase socializing

      Inconvénients

      HR department is unprofessional. At my time, there were only 3 people in HR out of which one discussed with me for 2 months to hire me as a full-time employee, during which the head of HR was away. When the head of HR came back and spent another month in the office, they told me they were not aware I was in discussions with HR for a full-time hiring..and then eventually moved on to tell me it was not possible. Despite of their subordinate saying they could hire me. That ruined an otherwise a great experience for me.
