      Avantages

      Decent pay and benefits. Options for remote work

      Inconvénients

      Many of the technicians don't know what they're doing and have poor attention to detail. Will most likely end up having to clean up messes made by other techs. Management does not understand the technology nor their team.

      Great coworkers and uplifting work environment. Travel required but work from home availability when not in the field. Great pay and work life balance. Opportunities to learn a lot and level up your skill set in the IT field. Best management who will not micromanage and trust in their team to do the work

      Recent layoffs and downsizing has caused uncertainty in the companies immediate future
