Avantages
Still looking for something good in the company
Inconvénients
I joined TP about two months ago, and so far my experience working on a client project has been very frustrating. The first issue is the building where we are located. There is no proper infrastructure to accommodate employees, despite the company hiring at a large scale. There are not enough toilets, and some are frequently out of order. Basic supplies like toilet paper are often missing, and at times rolls have been left on the floor, which raises hygiene concerns. The building is also often unclean not due to the cleaners’ efforts, but because there are not enough staff to maintain it properly given the number of employees. Finding a place to sit during lunch is another daily challenge. There are not enough tables and chairs, so employees often have to eat standing up. Additionally, there are only a few microwaves available, which can result in long waiting times during a short 30-minute break. At the end of the day, leaving the building can be difficult due to congestion around lockers and limited exit space. Meanwhile, management appears to have access to separate arrangements, which creates a sense of unequal treatment. Overall, the working conditions feel overcrowded and poorly managed, which makes the experience unnecessarily stressful.
