      Inconvénients

      A person can be fried or terminated any time. Poor Management. Higher Authority is the only decision maker. Employees are not even given change to share their review. Poor HR Policies and HR Staff. Never gonna be 5 days working. Very Unstable Job. Your Job security is always gonna be high. Poor Leave policies. Person at higher Designation are also at equal risk of getting Fired.
