Great atmosphere generated partly by open, very honest structure where people do what they say they will do with no politics that foster a fantastic energy and motivation, where you all feel in it together, and building something from the ground up. At 52 years old I can honestly say that Topregal stands head and shoulders above any other company I have worked for. They reward commitment and loyalty with a good renumeration package, a fair working day with an excellent balance between hard work and fun
