First of all company is asking current employees for good reviews since they’re not getting any candidates. Well you won’t be getting it from me. You won’t be getting your bonus until 2 and a half to 3 years of employment. If you are exempt, you will get phone calls and texts while you’re on PTO. Your search engine is monitored so you can’t look at certain websites. You cannot use any Google related software (gmail, hangouts, google sheets,etc)except for Google Maps. Any kind of social media apps, YouTube, Spotify, or any major apps are banned as well. You are not allowed to use your personal phone. IT is monitoring all staff’s unnecessary usage and reports to the President. HR Google street viewed my house and he even looked up who is paying the property tax and the amount. He went as fas as telling me he is going to the county to check the history of the property tax amount. This is none of his business and way out of line. He even told me not to trust my partner because of the race. HR has no idea on different state laws so they will give you false information. Management including upper management is mainly Japanese so they have no clue on US laws and will discriminate. Management is being rotated from Japan from a totally different department so they have no idea what their responsibilities are and have very poor English skills so very difficult to communicate. Competent employees will leave and the incompetent ones will stay or until terminated.
