      High turnover, little to no training, low pay by industry standards, rely far too heavily on temps

      Continued learning everyday. Investigating why and how something works the way it does. Always coming up with innovative ways of doing things. THEY ALWAYS SAY YES!

      Inconvénients

      Horrible place to work, no job security. Years of service awarded with negativity. Extremely hostile work environment. Employees are allowed to harass other employees.
