      Avantages

      Extensive knowledge and training on industry verticals. Great training; best I have ever been through. Relaxed work enviroment. Good people.

      Inconvénients

      The base pay is very dismal; the company does give you a commission structure but it is capped. No real room to move up within the company.

      Avantages

      -Good work environment -They will give you meaningful responsibility even as a entry level engineer

      Inconvénients

      -They are overly concerned with cutting cost and this puts a damper on the technological advancement of their products -They grossly under compensate their employees. Like I said, its a place to start, and get experience, but you're better off not staying more than a couple years at most.
