      Avantages

      Most people are great Work not too difficult

      Inconvénients

      Poor training Salary but on an hourly clock schedule (expect you to come in early and leave late every day)

      Avantages

      -Good work environment -They will give you meaningful responsibility even as a entry level engineer

      Inconvénients

      -They are overly concerned with cutting cost and this puts a damper on the technological advancement of their products -They grossly under compensate their employees. Like I said, its a place to start, and get experience, but you're better off not staying more than a couple years at most.
