Avantages
When I first interviewed for a position here, I already knew I wanted to work here. It's a pretty fast paced job, which is what I was looking for after a pretty boring work history. It became clear that the CEO had a lot of faith in my capabilities, despite my lack of a degree, and that's something you don't find often. I had a really great girl training me, who focused a Lot of her time and attention on me and never made me feel like I was incompetent. Pat always checked in to see how I was adjusting and that meant a lot to me as a new employee. I've been here over 2 months and I am already looking forward to many years of employment with this company and I consider myself very lucky that Pat took a chance on me. I have always felt appreciated here and that is a huge factor in a job. It has been Years since I have worked for someone I respected the way I respect him, and he has absolutely earned that respect.
Inconvénients
It can be loud at times, depending on what office you're in, and Pat can come across as abrasive but I've had nothing but positive encounters with him and most everyone in the company. The work loads can get stressful, but I've always had help and never felt alone.
