Avantages
I absolutely love my career at TIG. I have been there for a couple of months now, and look forward to many more years. The CEO is rough around the edges, but I have to say he is a very caring person. Did he know me? No, he just figured out who I am and I'm ok with that. That just means that I'm doing something right. No he doesn't carry his heart on his sleeve, but he does care about his employees. Yes his family works there, but they aren't there to spy on people, they have actual jobs to do. They are busy just like anyone else there. Yes, Pat is very strict on time management but he has a business to run. A business can't run if people aren't there, you have to look at it from the business perspective. I look forward to going to work everyday. I do my job and come home. No problems. I am eager to learn more from within this company, I know there is a lot to learn and I'm ready with running shoes on.
Inconvénients
Yes, it can get loud at times but it's a small office. Other than that no complaints.
