-Homophobic/Transphobic company wide -Heavily white male dominated -Promotes substance abuse -Very much a boys club type of working environment that promotes and pushes for the exploitation and manipulation of other teams and treats minorities and women with much less respect than the white males in the company. Abusive and graphic language against LGBTQ people and anyone that does not lean conservative. -Protects employees and clients who make unwanted sexual advances to other coworkers.
