      Public company experience with preparing financials for Edgar filings Many locations gave exposure to SALT in pay as well as divisional expenses

      Understaffed, so lots of work and kept extremely busy

      Avantages

      The pay is good the benefits and maybe the retirement package.

      Inconvénients

      Lacks the proper staffing to train appropriately new hires mgmt has only minimum experience with little to no experience on new/older units. Company has a lack of experienced technicians. They can only keep units running that has been running since install with no knowledge/experience/skills to diagnose minor/major mechanical/electrical faults associated with CHP units.
