      The fexible hours make it easier to find a work schedule that really works for you, good training opportunities, the company is big enough that there are a breadth of career opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Management needs to really work at listening more to employee concerns and not just spouting slogans, increase staff to support time required for true customer service
