Avantages
TCOM has done a phenomenal job of keeping it's employee's safe during the COVID pandemic! They allowed all of Corporate to work remotely for 18 months, and now have a Hybrid model in place. I have never once felt unsafe about going into the office (and I have kids, so I am extra particular). Never used to have a telework policy, now TCOM is flexible (except warehouse, production that must be done on site) to only 1-2 days a week in office! Great to still see coworkers and feel part of the family!
Inconvénients
Part of the nature of our work is employing OCONUS personnel. Because of this, TCOM follows the rules and guidelines for CDC from the Department of Defense and the Programs for the military. Naturally, the DoD programs needed support in Afghanistan during COVID times. However, they got them deployed and back to the states as soon as they were cleared to do so!
