TCM are a great employer - Avis employé Chief Executive Officer TCM Group

I am the CEO of the TCM Group and I am the target for the previous post. I welcome feedback and I will always listen to people's views about how I run the business. I am not fallible and I can always get better at being a leader. However, I have no idea who posted that post and as it was left anonymously, I am left with very little ability to respond without sounding defensive. I set TCM up in 2001 after completing my MBA and we are a great organisation. I employ 15 amazing people and we have a positive team ethos and shared values. We work with many household names to help them develop mediation and dispute resolution programmes and I am proud of what I and the TCM team have achieved.
