They over pay people who couldn't even find another job in the field in which they work and completely ignore people who can easily leave and are in high demand jobs. Nepotism is beyond belief here. Bindery team leads make over 40 an hour which is more than double industry standards. The people making 40 an hour are also too incompetent to basic things like production scheduling so they put it off on people who make far less.
