      Avantages

      Cutting Edge technology, growth, lots of opportunities to learn, be trained, and acquire new skills. Overall, the atmosphere is fun and welcoming and both upper management and coworkers are smart and capable. Very glad to work here.

      Inconvénients

      Maybe I lucked out, but I can't think of anything worth mentioning

      Avantages

      Interesting projects with good learning opportunities. Colleagues are great and supportive, and the communication within the team is good.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of appreciation and growth: It seems the company doesn't properly value the contributions of its Serbian developers, especially at the Junior and Medior levels. It is extremely difficult to get a salary increase, even after a long time with the company and showing good results. This leads to demotivation and career stagnation.

      - Possibilità di smart working - Buona paga iniziale (per gli standard italiani)

      Inconvénients

      - Ufficio nel caos più totale, con frequenti diverbi e discussioni tra team e Project Owner - Assunto come tester, sono finito a fare lo sviluppatore full-stack appena uscito dall'università senza avere un minimo di onboarding - Team in cui mi sentivo un peso più che un componente della squadra
