      Avantages

      I enjoyed my time with TAPE, they were kind and understanding, if you are a solid employee they do their best to take care of you and look at for you.

      Inconvénients

      There is very, very little interaction between management and employees on a contract. On the contract I was on, there was no opportunity for raises even if you had a perfect annual review.

      Avantages

      TAPE's motto for employees is Each One: An Entrepreneur•. The environment is that each employee creates the company. Employees are pleasant, happy and seems to enjoy working at TAPE.

      Inconvénients

      There will always be a moment that is not what you expect or desire. However, the management believes we need to take a moment to reframe. In fact, part of the new hire process includes a book that basically helps people change the view to create new perspective.
