Avantages

My onboarding at T-Machine Software Solution was really welcoming and laid-back. From day one, everyone was super friendly and made me feel like I was already part of the team. I got all the help I needed to get settled in, and my mentor was great at showing me the ropes without any pressure. It was easy to connect with my colleagues, and the whole experience made me excited to dive into my work. Overall, it was a great start, and I’m happy to be here!

Hello everyone, Please don’t waste your time or money on T-Machines — it is a fake company. Here are several key points that expose their fraudulent activities: We paid ₹2 lakhs for training and project allocation, but after joining, we discovered there was no proper team structure or support in place. Every employee was made to pay between ₹1.5 to ₹2 lakhs on the day of joining. The company openly admitted to taking the money. Instead of providing proper training, they simply shared Udemy videos. There were no hands-on sessions or proper guidance. They assigned us one so-called seniors who lacks even basic knowledge of software testing. On paper, they promised a 4-month probation period with a ₹12,000 monthly stipend, followed by a ₹22,000 salary and project placement from the 5th month. In reality, there are no projects available. Salaries are frequently delayed and, in some cases, only processed after three months. No payslips are provided for the ₹12,000 stipend during the probation period. The work environment is completely unprofessional. Employees are required to call CEO Rajkumar “Sir.” If not, HR calls and threatens disciplinary action. CEO Rajkumar has a troubling history. About six months ago, he used inappropriate language toward a female employee. She posted about it on LinkedIn with proof. The company contacted her directly and forced her to delete the post. After the incident, Rajkumar deleted his own LinkedIn account to avoid public backlash. The company shows clear favoritism toward Tamil employees, giving them priority in opportunities and support — the workplace is filled with internal politics. HR does not respond to employee complaints. In fact, those who raise issues are often targeted and terminated with false reasons. Many employees are leaving this company due to these issues. There are even more concerns, but these points are enough to expose the true nature of this fraudulent organization. Never pay or join T-Machines. Save your time, money, and career.
