      1. You need experience and have to get your foot in the IT industry 2. Company trips

      Inconvénients

      1. Your week long on call shifts demand 24/7 attention (They will play a recording of your call at full blast within 5 feet of you) 2. You do NOT get a proper lunch break. You are expected to return if call volume gets too high. 3. You're doing this for about the same pay as a bagger at HEB.
