Avantages
1. Salary on time (when you are in project.) 2. Very cooperative and informative during any of h1 process.
Inconvénients
1. Not very transparent about the h1 expenses. (when on 80/20). 2. Bonus are not paid consistently for many months. 3. Thousands of false promises. 4. You will definitely experience a peak stress in your life as long in this company(thinking about whether you get bonus paid).
