No automation, no project management tools and Indeed job posting are limited only to selected person. -Management practices need significant improvement to support the team. -Keeps on hiring people but can't supply client matches to employees. Good start for entry level recruiters who don't mind getting micromanaged and doing cold calling and recycled leads daily. Good luck.
