      Avantages

      Amazing supportive culture where learning and development are encouraged. Lovely people to work with. HR/management actually listen to and support your development goals.

      Inconvénients

      Something you can't get around in consulting is the time spent away on client site, making you feel disconnected from the company and colleagues. Sysdoc mitigate this with practice communities and regular social events.
