Avantages
I learned a ton about sales, organization, corprate politics, and made some great friends. If you can thrive in sales here you can sell anything anywhere, because you have to do everything yourself.
Inconvénients
You are given obsticals and challenges everyday and 90% comes from internal forces at Sysco. Sysco demands so much from their sales people and do not compensate. No reward, no work life balance, no sleep. This has to be one of the most thankless sales positions around. Do not work here there are far better food sales or sales jobs in general out there that will actually pay you and treat you like a valued employee.
