      Avantages

      I have started my IT career with this organization and firmly say that it is one of the best IT companies that i have come across till date. They have an extremely technical background and seniors are highly skilled. Here; you not just learn what you do but also get the opportunity to explore your technical side. I thoroughly enjoyed my time period in this firm and highly recommend it to every one who wants to build a successful IT career.

      Inconvénients

      All i can say that it's not a perfect organization and no one could.

      Avantages

      I recently joined this organization on the position of Business Development for promoting and reselling SysTools products in North America. The freedom and power to make self decisions is what my company SysTools gave me. I am very happy working with such a team, where you are treated as part of the team.

      I liked each and every thing about SysTools.

      Avantages

      I have seen a bad environment in Systool. The company gives tea and snacks to all employees. But new joining employee is not given tea and snacks. Even if someone comes at our home we offer tea and snacks with respect along with water , mostly we don't differentiate in any guest as Indian culture.

      Inconvénients

      nothing great to join .they treat new employees badly and value only old employees.No respect and care for ne joiner.
