Avantages
- package and benefits maintained in the average for Portugal (except for the bonus that is now almost non-existent) - the company maintains an active partnership with some key market players - opportunity to work with exclusive technologies - the Marketing team has put a lot of effort in improving the internal and external communication, although sometimes not 100% effective
Inconvénients
- excessively bureaucratic - leadership does not listen to the suggestions and totally fails to understand employees' needs - instead of focusing on team effort, one single person is given too much control and power over the organisation - the top management often uses a culture of fear and intimidation to get the things done - excessive use of "bond" contracts to prevent the employees from leaving the company - the current performance appraisal system is unfair and it has become almost impossible to get qualified to receive a bonus - the employees see the results and margins clearly improving every semester, however, without a reason, social events are now almost nonexistent - lack of company culture values
