      Inconvénients

      1. Only Worst part is that they fix the percantage for each person before the Appraisal 1:1 meeting discussion and that cant be changed for any reason. What is the Purpose of having 1:1 discussion after fixing the percentage already. 2. Biased Manager for Cloud
