      Lacks focus and understanding about the market. Failure to trust smart people in making decisions. Leadership needs a reality check

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Inconvénients

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
