They have got it wrong on multiple fronts in the UK office. The sales teams are run by a bunch of unprofessional kids who could not have got to where they are had they been working anywhere else. The politics is sickening – it’s all about blaming each other and brown nosing. The office environment is like a noisy call center. There is no work life balance – vacation is considered a favour that employees “don’t deserve”. And what are lunch breaks?
The American managers are clueless, arrogant and detached. And now with the Synopsys acquisition, in the foreseeable future, a lot of people will leave.
