      - good top management. - good work/life balance

      - bad middle management - doesnt do something new, do whatever have been working. - some group are not so good.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Inconvénients

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
